The possibilities with the Raspberry Pi™ are endless! Below, download your own copy of each of our Raspberry Pi User Guides. Each contains information that will walk you through getting started, as well as how to do some neat projects with your board or kit.
As of the launch of the Pi 3, the operating system does support all the new features. It’s possible your card has an earlier version on it. You’ll need to update the operating system, which is easy. Connect your Pi to an internet connection using an ethernet cable, or via a wireless adapter. First, update your system’s package list by entering the following command in LXTerminal or from the command line:
sudo apt-get update. Next, upgrade all your installed packages to their latest versions with the command:
sudo apt-get upgrade.
This guide gets you up and running with your Pi, starting with picking and installing an operating system.
